The basis of our Endowment goals are to help those who have skill sets but may lack the confidence
to perform and assist in the development of not only the skills but more importantly build self confidence in that individual.
We broadly define arts so we can achieve the greater goals, that of gaining self confidence and
recognition of those individuals for the talents they have. Arts is merely a tool for development of the greater
personal goals of our citizens.
